This policy covers our corporate website. It does not govern personal data we process on behalf of clients under a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — that processing is governed by the terms of the relevant client contract, in which SourceMate typically acts as a data processor rather than a controller.

SourceMate operates from India and the United States. Where we transfer personal data from the UK or EEA to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Data retention
We retain discovery-call enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months unless an engagement begins, in which case the applicable MSA governs. Newsletter addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Candidate data is retained in line with applicable employment-record requirements in the relevant jurisdiction.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; object to or restrict certain processing; request a portable copy of your data; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
